We where traveling to Batalha for one night. Also, location was quiet, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ponte da Boutaca Bridge. Moreover, it was next to the monastery, where the host owns a shop, Leiria and the bus station.

Spotless, clean rooms with extra big towels. Great location near town center. Friendly and helpful owner who provided great recommendations. Opportunity to use the grill. Felt at home and made good friends with the owner and his family.
Limited options for transportation without a car. Expensive taxi to Fatima.
